Booked 1 month in advance and asked for a handicap room because of my mother, the staff was rude and said they don’t know anything about booking ahead. Don’t pay in advance and better off going to the hotel by Walmart.

I booked the hotel because they offered free airport shuttle. I called the hotel to dispatch the shuttle, they asked me when I scheduled it and I told them I didn't and they said that I had to schedule it the day before I arrived. I've never had this happen before. I ended up having to pay a $20.00 cab fare. I won't be using this hotel in the future.

The elevators were out and there was no sign of a fix coming soon. Two out of the three entryways I've tried did not work with the pass key. It was not one of the nicer Laquita I've stayed in. However the staff was very friendly and they accepted my dogs. They have a nice Dog area in the back, although it's not fenced.
